So this coworker I've been kinda eyeing for awhile...

I work part time at a gym. She is a personal training salesperson. Lets call her M. I've only really ever made small talk with her. Nothing in depth. She is a very weird person. Everybody at the gym thinks she is weird. She has a banging body and a meh face, 21 years old. Sexy Colombian accent. I speak to her in Spanish (this is what gets me in with most women, when they find out I am actually a spanish speaking hispanic they lose their **** lol, I look white). Anyways, Last week I bs with her asking when we are going to work out together and she starts talking down on a coworker. She says I can work out with her tomorrow. Cool. When the time comes around she acts like she completely forgot we are working out. She is freaking out like "OMG HE ACTUALLY WANTS TO WORK OUT WITH ME WHAT DO I DO???" I am just like "Oh, okay next week then." and she agrees. She makes a few attempts to talk to me but I don't really engage with her. She keeps making contact with me everytime she passes me by.

Last night she sits in the very back desk next to mine. Her boss and co worker are sitting in front of me and having a convo where I drop a comment here and there. She decides this is the best point in time to ask if I have a girlfriend. I look at her and before I can even say anything her boss goes "Wtf kinda question is that?" She looks super embarrassed and we all start making light of the situation. I tell her I am actually dating her boss and he tells us how much he loves it when I give it to him lol. She is still really embarrassed. A female coworker comes to sit down and talk about her dating issues with me and she stops and whispers to me "Are you dating M?" I look confused, "No, why?". She says "M has walked by 4 times and everytime she walks by she either gives me a dirty look or she is smiling at you." I tell her she needs to be careful around me cause M might kill her lol.

Nextly, when its just me and M in the back she asks if I'm ticklish. I reply with are you? "Very". So I get up and she says I'm not allowed to touch her. I grab my phone and start tickling her. She knocks it out of my hand and I continue to tickle her.

Lastly, I go back to my desk from the locker room and put a black sweater on and the conversation goes as follows. She is M. I am Slice. lol.

M: I really like your sweater.
Slice: Thank You
M: You're very welcome. Well, I'm taking off deuces.
Slice: You work this weekend?
M: Yea, I even work Sunday and I'll be here by myself. It gets boring.
Slice: Well, I'll be in the area on Sunday I was thinking about stopping by to work out. What time do you work out?

She starts freaking out like she did the first time.

M: Um. Uh. Um. Idk.
Slice: Do you work out on Sunday?
M: Yea I work out every day. I just um uh I just don't know what time I'll be working out that day.
Slice: Ok well, if I come in I'll say hi.
M: Ok I'll see you this weekend. Have a good night.

She makes an omg wtf type face and she walks off as fast as humanly possible.

I get the vibe this is the type of girl who will chop my **** off and feed it to me if I piss her off. So my question to you Don Juan's is whether I should pursue the 9ussy or nawl?

Even if she didn't work with you, she has stalker written all over herself. If you just want to date, no commitments, at least try to avoid the crazies. If you want to date in an effort to find someone (IMO) you need to learn to spot the red flags so you don't waste your time. 6 months down the road and this one is going to be making your life he11 and you are going to wonder why you bothered.

Firstly your job is not to analyze & require play by play as you are doing. I get your intent is to give enough details so people can advise you, but right now you need to switch gears and focus on what YOU want.

You are asking the board what should you do in both cases. The question is what does @Champ Slice want?

The answer to that question drives everything.

With girl 1 you blew it as far as going for sex. That girl told you straight up "I thought you thought I was boring & ugly". Why would a woman ever say that? You declined her offer to escalate sexually. Twice. What is she supposed to think? Now she also appears to have self-esteem issues (no confident woman would ever make this kind of statement - ever). But regardless this one is unlikely salvageable. Move on.

With girl 2 she is way too neurotic and paranoid to warrant serious consideration. If she can't say "yes" and enjoy a workout with you she either is damaged or she doesn't like you. I'd say she's damaged because a cool girl who doesn't like you "like that" would still work out with you, while keeping LJBF boundaries up (I mean she's there in any case right?). This one is too goofy/unstable. Move on.

Going forward if you meet someone you are attracted to, approach, get number, ask out, escalate, and decide what YOU want out of the interaction. No need to shrink the girl, no need for all the details. You are the man. Your job is to ACT. Her job is to respond. If she responds in any manner other than a manner that is receptive and encouraging to you then *Bingo* you have your answer. ACT accordingly and NEXT when necessary.

Never let subpar women take up your bandwidth. These girls are neither one worth your time IMHO.

as far as what you want, do what @daddymonsterpoodle said - as soon as the issue comes up, the reply is "I'm not looking to get into an LTR" and then let her decide if she wants to strick around. You can ask her "so what are you looking for?" listen to her answer and then respond with your truth. But, you dont have to offer this up front, you can wait until she asks/mentions/hints. IMO any woman who wouldn't investigate that angle, when that is what she wants, before sleeping with a man, knows she is potentially playing with fire.

Yea, I didnt want to be a debbie downer and point this out.... This was chatted about in another thread. It's possible she popped back up because whatever man situation, that was occupying her time, didnt work out. In general, a female should be interested in you immediately, not 2 months later.

This behavior is disrespectful for a female to do to a male, unless she was in a coma or volunteering in Guatemala. If this happens again, get them into bed asap, just because if they are going to try and play you like that, you must return the 'favor'
