What's up bro's,

Scheduled to meet this girl tonight, she just texted me saying she can't, but did offer tomorrow as an option. We set up the date a couple days ago and haven't spoken until just now. I'm thinking no response is the best response. For some reason accepting tomorrow doesn't seem that enticing to me even though I am free. What do you think?

I would tell her that you are busy and that maybe another time. She has now made you an option by flaking on you. Always have the dominance.
Bingo. It could be a sh!t test to see how available you are and how desperate for her attention you are. Or it's her way of seeing just how in control of things she can be from the beginning. You might actually go on the date tomorrow if you accept it, but you'll still lose.

Best response. I like it. I'll respond to her... tomorrow.

Don't lie. If you are available for her reschedule then take it. If you are genuinely not available then withdraw the offer and try to make another date in a couple of weeks.

If she is playing games then playing games back just makes you look weak.

This. Tell her your busy and she should give you a call in a week or two when she figures out her schedule. Even if she has a legit excuse, like a relative was hospitalized, it's perfectly reasonable for you to want several days or even a week to schedule another date.

I wouldn't go with the no response approach because it comes off passive-aggressive. I know people like that and they're annoying to be around even when they're not doing it to you because it's so weak and needy. I knew a guy who would purposely go out of his way to run into women who had turned him down and treat them like **** and talk to everyone but ignore them, as if to somehow prove he was better than them? Very creepy and needy. IMO, ignoring people just makes you appear weak, unless they're not taking the hint and won't leave you alone. Just a generic acknowledgement the date is off is fine. "Alright, thanks for the heads up." or "Oh ok, have a good night." Even though you have no interest in giving her a second chance in the future, its good to be in the habit of not being invested in someone you've never met, and also not being afraid of confronting potential conflict.

just take it if you are available, if not, reschedule.

Stop playing stupid games that lead nowhere.
