I'm 16, and am not getting morning wood anymore. I'm 5'11, 125 lbs. I'll get it, if I touch it, but it's not something I wake up with anymore. I use to jack it everyday, but now I'm down to once every 5 days. Am I lacking testereone and need to see a doctor?

define "not getting it anymore". you're 16 so some hormonal imbalances are natural, has this been over the past few months or few days?

Dont worry about it, the more you worry the more it will happen. Just be happy and horny. By the way, jerking off every 5 days will cause no wet dreams, and perhaps no morning wood.


Sometimes I get it, sometimes I dont. Im always horny in the morning, especially if I sleep long, and touching it, or rubbing against sheets, or against woman will make it stand up. Try turning over and against the materess when you wake up, youll get it.


Now, I was an idiot and jerked off when I was your age. It messes up everything, starting with your hormones, and this is a critical age for you when you are still developing. Then there is emotional. I suggest you go on to 6 month plan. Im 26 and Im trying that.

This always happens to me when I'm on a cutting diet. I've discussed it on here before and did a bit of an experiment. Diet can have a pretty huge effect on testosterone levels, from less erections to feeling weak and downtrodden.

If you're not eating a lot, try eating more, especially red meat, (healthy) fats and carbs. But avoid stodgy foods like white bread, rice and pasta.

Also, exercise will get that blood flowing and your libido rising, so try and stay active if you're not already.

I noticed it lately. That might be about a month. Maybe 2 or 3.

I also just noticed that I lost 5 lbs. I haven't been eating normal because of lent, stress, SATs, Quarter Exams, girls. When I'm stressed, I eat less. I also find that I'm getting bloated lately. I've ate the same thing for breakfast and lunch for the last 6 months. Banana + protein shake, then water, chicken sandwich and some candy. Then protein shake when I get home. Then when I get to dinner, I don't feel like I'm eating as much because I'm kind of full.

and I've thrown up about twice in 3 weeks after having a full stomach + milk. I switched to lactoid milk this week.




I haven't worked out in months, but I have done some minor cardio in a wiffleball tournament.

There you have it dude, stress will do that to you. Exercise relieves stress, and you havent done that. Just take it easy, at your age you cant go limp for long.

By the way I live in Miami, we should hang sometime, Id love to date chicks your age.
