Im a pretty quiet guy, although there are a few people ill talk to more than others. When it comes to me talking to girls it seems like i can never think of anything to say or ill say something random, which will put a weird look on their face. Last weekend i was chilling with this chick and everything seemed to be going good, then she told me how quiet i am. Now this didnt change anything it just got me thinking. I was talking more than i usually do so i thought i was doing good. I dont know if its me not starting topics or what, cause when other people start i can do a decent job.

Anyway, later that night we were in her friends room with some dousche at the computer. We started dancing which created a lot of kino. We were all over each other, holding hands and all of that good stuff, then i made a move and we started making out. Now we had both been drinking but i had just a little too much and threw up A LOT. She saw me puking which im inclined to believe hurt some of my chances, although later that night we slept in the same bed. But being as drunk as i was, i couldnt do anything else that i wanted.

Soooo is it really important to be outgoing with girls? Or do you have to just not be a mute? And also did i **** up with that one girl by drinking too much or is there still hope?

That lack of convo will eventually not be so attractive. In the beginning, it is cute to have a shy, quiet guy. but, that gets old really quick....

I have the same problem sometimes and like you there are times where I think I'm talking a lot and then get a comment about me being quiet. I just seem more content to chill and not always have to say something but maybe girls don't like that. Luckily once I warm up to a girl I'll talk quite a bit so I guess the problem fixes itself in that way.

For me (personally) sometimes when I'm out with a girl, I just don't like to talk that much (I guess I just don't feel like it at the time), does that mean I have to force it anyway???

Look, you don't have to talk all that much, but you have to learn how to be topic starters. Really take the time to explore what topic works well with what woman. If you notice that she likes to dance or dance then ask her how she got to this level. Usually they will go over several topics which you can choose from which will continue the convo FOREVER. However the main thing is that they can't talk all the time. To show that you're not totally reclusive you have to share your experience as well.
