You get plenty of arginine in whey protein, lean meats, nuts, and even chocolate. No reason to take free-form L-Arginine, unless you like playing with fire. It can stimulate peaks of Growth Hormone if you take before intense exercise on an empty stomach, which can simulate acromegaly. If you haven't finished growing, it could mess with your growth plates. It is also pro-viral and can reactivate any dormant viruses in your body. They also market it as a type of "viagra" for the body, because of the blood flow increase, which is true to some extent.

I can't eat nuts. Too much chocolate is bad right? I don't wanna take whey protein, and I don't eat much, if any lean meat. Do you think that it'd be alright for me to take this stuff without "getting burned"?

500 mg agrinine with 250 mg of ornithine capsules should be fine.... it wont cause acromelagy, and you wont get viral infections, and if you do the most common thing youll get is cold sores...which ive never had and ive been taking it for a while....

i know ppl who take 2 grams of aginine and 1.6 g of ornithine and theyre completly fine...

i really really doubt that any amino acid in moderation will give you any bad side effects, bc is supposed to be there in the first place....of course if you go taking about 10 grams of aginine and 8 grams of ornithine daily, then i would suppose youd get acromelagy and be in more risk to get viral infections....

what more can you ask for out of an amino acid....


it helps you perform better at sex and physical activities, helps burn fat, lowers blood pressure, as it increases circulation, gives you energy, strengthens your bones.....and so on.....

i would say is perfect and not a lot of stuff beats it....
