Imagine a big jerk who's irresponsible, has no education, can barely keep a job, perhaps lives on state support and spends his days partying and drinking. However, this guy is very hot and good with women. His ultimate 'bad boy' demeanor attracts women like flies to honey.

Suppose this guy knocks up women left and right. Wouldn't that mean he has to pay a loooooot of child support to all those women? So how does that work out, as the guy barely has enough money to support himself?

Although it's just a hypothetical scenario I made up, one would assume that this scenario happens quite often in reality. Yet, I've never really heard about cases like this and wonder if any of you have? Perhaps some of you have heard stories in your social circles or know of legal cases in the media?

I'm just wondering what happens in these cases. Seeing as these guys are often antisocials, taking part in the crime world etc. do they simply threaten to beat the women up (or worse) if they have the nerve to use the legal system against them and thus get away with knocking many women up without having to pay child support?
And in case the legal system does catch up with them, what happens then? Seeing as they can't pay all the child support for all those bytches they knocked up, they have to do jail time instead?

An ex of mine got knocked up by a guy she met in jail. On top of being a deadbeat dad and a career criminal idiot, he is also a complete piece of sh!t as a person. I don't think he has any other kids.

It's typically up to the judge. They will order him to try to find a job and demand that he fill out 2-3 job applications per day. At each successive court hearing, he is supposed to produce copies of the job applications he completed. If he can't, then they throw him in jail, but not forever. After 1-6 months, they will let him out and repeat the process over again. Judges understand that no one can pay child support from jail, yet at the same time that is the only punishment they can dole out.

Great guy, but cannot hold onto money, literally has to gamble or drink it away.

3 kids with an ex, pays no child support to her......he's literally "off the grid"

1 kid with 14 years younger, model looking girlfriend. Andy, bless him, is no oil painting, but has a 'boxer' look, think raging bull.

Has to borrow rent money EVERY month from his girlfriends folks...... lol.....it will not be repaid......

One thing that really holds the key....he's sexx mad!!! literally full of spunk at 42. Thats why the girls go wild....they will do anything for guaranteed hot nightly pounding.......

I'm pretty sure that child support is dependent on income/income potential. If the guy makes little or no money, he pays little to no money in child support. In that case, most of these chicks who get knocked up just collect benefits from the government. Chances are, the guy who knocked them up is also on some sort of government assistance too.....your tax dollars at work!

If the guy has played the bad boy thing correctly, he is such an @sshole that the woman will not want him around to be a bad influence on her children. So she foregoes the child support in exchange for him staying away from them.

I wouldn't count on that working out for you, however. It sounds like a roll of the dice, at best.

Oh wow!

I work with a guy who has a step son who is maybe one of the biggest losers ever.

His step son is 30 years old and has 4 kids with 4 different women! After the first disaster I guess he didn't figure it out and made the same mistake 3 more times. He hasn't paid a dime in child support either.

At 30 years old he is on welfare and taking "courses" for the past 3 years but still doesn't have a job or any prospects.

He is spoiled rotten by his parents. Drives a huge new 4X4 truck, has new motorcycles, and parties his life away. The kind of guy who you just makes you sick.

I think recently he has been cut-off from his parents paying his way thru life and will be forced to get a job soon or be on skid row. I have no idea how it works but if those women want child support I imagine when the tax man starts seeing income he's fvcked!
