Master Don Juan
First off, let me say how happy it makes me to see all of the experienced lifters browsing the H&F forum as of late. A year ago there were only a few people who had a clue what they were talking about.
Next, let me say that I tried going higher with reps on my squats tonight and damn! Talk about exhaustion. Instead of doing 225x5 for 3 sets, I went with 185x15 and then 205x10...ouch!
My question is about my squat form, though. I squat until my hamstrings touch my calves. Basically, about as low as I can comfortably go. I've noticed that when I squat my knees go past my toes. I've always heard that this is bad, but it's just so damn hard not to. Is it really that bad? Should I start over with all new form?
