I am thinking of joining an intro kickboxing class in my university for abt 40bux for 8 classes. From my days in the gym I made significant strength gains. Now I think I should improve my cardio. I heard kickboxing helps. Or shd I spend about 25bux and get the tae-bo dvd set with a standup punching bag. Which one will will help me better? I am strong but want to become stronger and also burn of the fat covering me. Or should I join the intro course and after learning the basic moves practise on my own with the punching bag? I am a bit confused. Any help appreciated. Thanks guys :).
