They treated him really quickly some special way and it actually saved his life. The doctors are now saying he will likely walk out of the hospital. He has voluntary movement of his limbs again.

Curtis Williams ended up actually passing away due to complications from a similar injury. Sad. He has a brother playing for the Tennessee Titans, WR Paul Williams.

Supposedly there's a decent chance that he'll get better, but he probably won't be able to play football anymore. They injected him with ice-cold saltwa ter to keep the inflammation from causing additional damage -- or something like that.

When I used to play football guys used to always ram me with their helmet. Hurts like a *****. Very cheap way of playing. Getting hit with pads and helmets hurts way more than without. Helmets are dangerous.

Trust me, you dont feel it when you make contact, you dont get hit and fall to the ground with a broken back....i play ball for my school, im on the D-line, were getting hit left and right, i would know how it feels. Pads are supposed to protect you not make it hurt more.

Well I was wide receiver and when guys are running full speed at you and ram you with their helmet it hurts. D line is different those guys aren't running at you at full speed.
