Just pull back a little. You have a little side of your head that says "I better text her by tonight or she will lose interest!" ignore that voice. She likes (or liked) you for a reason. You pulling back and not being needy all the time will not make you lose her. She will start initiating things on her own.

Remember you have to put just less than she does into the relationship. If that means it's going to fall apart then let it because putting more is just as bad.

If you keep this going and things work out you are in good shape. In my opinion women have all the control in the relationship because it's them that have to put more effort in for things to work out right. It's them that have to decide to follow or not. Flip the script and things don't work right. You get called needy or beta and get cheated on because she does not value what she has.

If you don't have any plates, find something that keeps your attention equally to her...

Music, video games, sports, working out, drone flying, working on cars, hanging with friends, weeks alone camping/fishing. Etc.

Basically "guy stuff"
