Just wanted to share this with others who may have done, or may be doing, the same CHUMP **** I was doing for a long time.

When dealing with some plates, I noticed how some of them would say "you in everyone likes". My country is pretty small, with around 400,000 persons living...so a lot of people know a lot of people. And as I've been working on myself, changing certain habits and getting rid of others, I also realized some of the **** that I was doing that would make me look like average Joe.

I noticed that I was hearting the **** out of girls videos and photos on all my social media accounts. I have spent the last week unliking what feels like 1,000 of them. I felt ashamed whilst doing, thinking how could I have gotten here. But then I realize that's also growth and I can't be too hard on myself - live is constant learning.

And then to add insult for injury, this popped up in my instagram feed :rofl: :

Feels good to be taking my power and attention back, somewhat. I have gotten really private, and I post once every 2 months or so. I don't react to too many people anymore, and don't interact except for girls / plates in DMs.

I hope this embarrassment also helps you to realize, if you're doing this, to slow it down and realize this may also be affecting your image/game.

Nothing screams validation more than giving attention away so freely, and undeserving. More so, it also shows you don't have self constraint, discipline, which are also unattractive traits unless it's in the bedroom and you are giving her the lion grip.

thanks to this community for helping me evolve, and enjoy more women and more sex for the same.

peace

I'm not big into social media either, though I do want to weigh in on one point.

Yeah, attention is currency, but don't overthink it to the point where you're tracking down likes in an effort to undo them. It's weird if somebody notices that; because you'll get a notification that somebody liked X thing, but when you go to check X thing and don't see the like, but DO see the notification from the person, it shows that you thought about it way more than you should have.

I know a guy who follows and likes just about every random hot Instagram model page he comes across. I know this because half the time I see somebody hot in explore and tap their profile, he's a follower. As long as you aren't going crazy like that, you're fine. Just don't overthink it to the point where you're trying to backtrack.

point well taken, thanks - I thought about that too, but in my case it was so bad it didn't stop me from back peddling.
