FYI - Kavi began speaking in 3rd person after recently elevating his knowledge of ancient religions and myths. This is to protect his soul and being from personal attacks.

Liberals/Progressives: Liberals and Progressives are understood by Kavi and they want a strong leader more than anyone else. Kavi values well-being, human rights, respect for all, emotional wellbeing, tolerance etc. He is strong as well as compassionate.
Because Kavi is competent and knowledgeble in many Arts and Sciences, especially the important and popular ones, Kavi can impress many, and many gravitate towards him. It has been mentioned that Kavi has great charisma (ancient Khvarena of the Kays), thus he is most suited to leadership.
The ancient banner of the Kays is found atop the globe on the Imperial crown. This denotes Kayanian Kingship of the world. The story of the banner is thus. Anciently a tyrant ruled who made the people suffer. A blacksmith had had enough and raised his blacksmiths apron upon a spear. To the raised banner the people rallied. Then they went to the mountains and found a hero to lead their struggle. Without preparation and a suitable environment the spark cannot catch and it will not ignite. We have all experienced sparks that fade into nothing.
