just went to a sauna

i was in that for like 15-20 minutes
After that I felt real exhausted... I didn't even barely sweat..

I drove home and im still exhausted..
Is this the usual effects of being in a hot room for a little bit.. or is there something wrong with me..

you didnt sweat at all? maybe ur dehydrated. drink water.
