Here's the stats on her:

Age:29

Known to jump from one guy to another but seems to have slowed down on that due to her age. Married twice, divorced twice. Supported the first husband then left him, but not before cheating on him. Got pregnant by second bf, married him then left him about a year later. Very good mother to the kid. History of bipolar disorder, sees a psychiatrist, currently on meds for it.

Family history: father left mother, not sure why.

Very smart, very pretty, very independent and self sufficient. Very flirtatious and aggressive when she sees something she wants. Can also be very warm and loving when she wants to be.

Dateable? LTR material?

Let's count the red flags...

Married twice, divorced twice.

One

Very good mother to the kid.

Two

History of bipolar disorder

Three

Family history: father left mother

Four

Dateable? LTR material?
She's worth a lay and THAT'S ALL. Look at all the fvcking baggage this chick is carrying. Two marriages under her belt by age 29? You really think that's a good sign? Do you want to be her third? Her parents are split up which means she likely has daddy issues. When women have daddy issues, they generally don't let their natural feminine traits come out. And she's BPD which means she's an emotional basket case. She may be on meds for it, but that doesn't make it go away. I've been there, and if you piss them off enough, they go psycho regardless of the drugs.

There's much, MUCH better women out there. Go find one who doesn't have all this 5hit wrong with her.

Crazy people are good in bed. Their relationships tend to be a different story.

Having said that, bipolar disorder can be successfully medicated. It is often confused with borderline personality disorder, for which there is no medication.

So you are asking us if a twice divorcee, bipolar single mother who has "slowed" down because she realizes she has more red flags than an ultra-violent soccer game is LTR material?

Seriously?

LTR: She's about as bad as it gets.

FWB: Perfect, just make sure to wear a rubber.

As others say, she's a lousy Vegas bet, but only those dating her can find out whether she's grown up, matured or not. I've seen them do a permanent 180 at around that age, and have seen them keep on plowing into misery their entire lives also.

Like any other woman, whoever is thinking about dating her should go very slow and keep all other options open for a good long time, long past any prospective "window dressing" period which could be a whole year or longer.

Dateable...yes but only if you can keep from falling for her.

LTR.....don't recommend it.

I do recommend you date this chic just so next time you wont have to ask these questions.

Don't ever let the "she's good to her kids" thing convince you she will be good to you.....Been there done that.

BPD as a medical abbreviation stands for Borderline Personality Disorder. Two different conditions. For the OP, I agree with the posters above, RUN as fast as you can. Even if she's medicated and stable at the moment - which is at least possible for a Bipolar compared to BPD, she could still stop taking the pills at any time and go completely crazy for a maniac episode lasting months. Even the self-conscious ones do this on regular bases.

No, but make very very sure it's bipolar, which responds extremely well to meds, and not borderline personality disorder, which responds extemely well to nothing besides sucking the life out of you like Alien sucking a fetus out of a pregnant woman (Oyeah, rewatching AvP 2 lol).

Bipolar Disorder can be a comorbidity with Borderline Personality Disorder.

She's not LTR material unless you are into trainwrecks, craziness, and wasting time on a black house of neediness and despair.

Bi-polar disorder is manageable but when you have the other things involved then it becomes an issue because it shows that the person doesn't handle their bi-polar disorder well.
