A guy I know dropped dead of an anyeurism this weekend. He was in his early 30's, in (seemingly) good health, and had everything going for him.
And now he's dead. Keeled over and expired. Just like that.
He wasn't a close friend. But when something like that happens it really makes you realize that anyone can drop dead at any time.
I'm not trying to depress anyone -- just the opposite. All I can say is I will think about this person the next time I find myself living in fear. The old adage that "life's too short..." is very easily forgotten until we experience a sudden death first hand.
Life is too short not to go after what you want. Think about that the next time you see a girl you want to talk to and you're feeling afraid. Because you too can be dead...just like that.
