I joined the local gym last week. As I'm now trying to improve myself in every aspect, I found this to be a great idea.
I'm 6.2 feet tall (i converted, as in my country we use meters. I'm 1,90m tall, hehe). 182.6 lbs (83kg).
Here, all the gyms use to do an avaliation of your body, to see your fat levels and so on. Then they make a set for you.
But my set isn't even close to the DIESEL's guide. Most exercises are like 15 reps X 2 sets.
And there's cardio too! 30min of it, walking at 6km/h.
I'm not scrawny. I become fat without THAT effort. I was fat two months ago. Then I cut all the junk food and carbonated soda, then I started to lose fat.
The guy there said I'm on the limiar between average and fat, on the fat side. I look much better than I did some time ago, but there's much work to be done.
Should I stick with DIESEL's program and get rid of the workout they prescribed me?
cheers,
djbr (your brazilian friend! )
