Recently I joined a local gym for 225 for signing and then 20 bucks per month. Before this I worked out at home but I hit max on those weights totaling 180 lbs. Anyways I wanted to add different exercises now that there's machines like leg presses. I was thinking of doing this routine which is based on Warboss' please give me advice!
Monday
- 1 mile warmup run
- Deadlift 3 x 5
- Pull ups 2 x max
- DB Rows 3 x 8
- Bicep Curl DB or BB? 3 x 8
- Forearm Curl 3 x 10 (Is the cable better?)
- Weighted Situp
Tuesday
- Just cardio 2 mile
- Rest
Wednesday
- DB Press 3 x 5-8
- Incline BB Press 3 x 5-8
- Tricep Extention 3 x 10
- Shoulder Press (which is better? DB or BB) 3 x 10
- Weighted Situp
Thursday
- Cardio 2 mile run
- Rest
Friday
- BB Squats 3 x 5
- Leg Press 3 x 5
- Stiff Leg Deads 3 x 10
- Calf Curls 3 x 10
- Leg Extention 3 x 10
- Weighted Situp
