hey guys,

i'm 19 and i'm looking for a job that will force me to learn how to TALK TALK TALK and become more confident socially interacting with people. i'm sure many of you can say that certain jobs in your past have had a direct benefit to your current social skills now. the main job that comes to mind to me is retail sales (clothing, somewhere at the mall). but, i'd really appreciate it if guys could talk about their experiences working at certain jobs and suggest some places, from their experience.

thanks, i really appreciate it.

Waiter and Tourguides

My Suggestion: Become a waiter or a tourguide, those jobs were alright and it forced me to be a bit more assertive.

*Shrug* Even retail is a step up from working where I work (Subway). The only thing lower is a janitor... Than again, he probably makes more than me. Damn it. But despite the fact that I have a lame job... I still work with the public and get to talk to a lot of people.
