In the last month and a half, I've tried probably all the beginner workout routines out there, everything from HST, through all the 3-way 3x8 splits, to the super short hardgainer routines ... all seem too advanced for me.
I could just be unfamiliar with my body and unaccustomed to physical activity, but I want to make sure of it.
Is there anything out there that would work for a guy like me?
