Title says it. Worked out for a while, but see the same result... no change in body. I have changed the workout method to *as heavy as you can* to see some changes now. But I am not professional, I don't know sh!t. Help me if you are familiar with this please.

Plus, I need some good effective lower body workout. Thank you fellow DJs.

I've found taking a week or two off to be a highly effective plateau killer. I keep my nutrition right in the offtime, and when I go back I'm making hay again.
