Honestly, I've been eating like a madman, and I still can't get past 61kg...I'm about 177 (height). Is it a metabolism problem or something, cos i simply can't gain enough weight!

Well...what foods have you been eating?

How many calories per day have you been consuming? How much protein?

All these questions must be answered in order for us to help you.

It's not just what you're eating, are you hitting the gym HARD? Stimulate that muscle growth, and your body will rack up size.

Actually. gaining in weight has everything to do what you eat. If he eat like a horse and still doesn't gain anything, not even fat then it is strange.

Maybe you have a biniki worm in your stomage. (not a joke, I just can't spell it in english)

Well I'm here to tell you there is such a magic wand. Something that will make you almost completely irresistible to any woman you "point it" at. Something guaranteed to fill your life with love, romance, and excitement.

I disagree.

Gaining weight is influenced mainly by what you eat, however, for a hardgainer, the muscle breakdown and hormonal release from intense workouts can change how the body processes the food. Instead of going straight through their body, it can be put to better uses. Thus, the workout regimen and intensity is an important factor in the gaining of weight.

Well, it's the regular three meals a day, but every now and then I pull out a snack (chips whatever) to make sure I get some fat.
But I assume the message here is : Quit eating like a madman for now, work out, and then try eating again?

Correct me if I'm wrong...

I say, if you have the testicular fortitude, read up at Diesel's bulking guide and bodybuilding.com. Develop a real bulking diet and keep hitting the weights hard. If you do these things correctly, it'll be impossible not to gain.
