It was fun, but now what?

Okay, guys, here's the story:

This girl and I have been flirting pretty heavily the past couple weeks. It all started with a bus trip we took together from St. Louis to Denver and back. People started talking about us and a rumor was even going around that we had sex on the bus. Over the next week, we started hanging out outside of school. The final culmination of this was tonight when she snuck me into her house after her parents went to bed and we ended up making out right above her sleeping sister (the have to share a room while the other is under construction and they have bunk beds). Things got really hot and I ended up letting my hands roam. I knew I shouldn't have done that for a good reason:

She has a boyfriend.

I dont' know if I should continue to pursue her or not. She does have a boy friend, but they've been arguing a lot recently and it's still fairly short term. The girl is hot, too; I mean, easily a 9.25.
