Well, ever since April 1st Ive been running, alot. Like 5-6 miles a day 5-6 days a week.

But school ended a week ago, and 3 times since last week I lifted also. I just did benches and curls, but i exhausted myself(Im talking I cant even lift my water for 3 minutes afterwards).

Anyway, Can I lift and run without overtraining? I plan on keeping it up atleast til the end of the summer, with a week vacation. It really felt great the first week, just the rush of testosterone, but I worry I may have to choose one or the other, whch I really dont want.

my goal is to maintain my current stamina while gaining muscle mass, though I wouldnt mind a small drop in stamina.

And due to my equipment (or lack of) benching and curling are some of the few excercises I can do. I leave for college in August, and its a big university with an amazing gym, so Im thinking I may try this all summer then go to running 4 days a week and lifting 4 days.

Don't mean to rain on your parade but running and adding muscle mass don't go together well. Since u don't have the proper equipement for adding mass right now just stay with the running for now and get into adding mass once you get to school. In the mean time educate yourself about weight lifting and nutrition.
