I text this bird ' Hey, what you up to today? Fancy a few beers x' so she replied 'Got xxxx x' that's her daughter, so I replied 'No woorries' to which she replied 'Thanks anyway x'

Am I flogging a dead horse.... She's lost interest!

This is way too little info. Invite her again in like a week, if she flakes again next her just in case, if she's interested in any way she will call you when she can and you can decide what to do then.

My man , what I noticed about life is when a girl truly wants you or has an interest level of 50% plus ..she will make it easy for you as a man.
If this woman had 50% she would
1) MAKE time because there is no way she is going to be with her daughter the WHOLE day.
2) She would make some sort of counter offer. " Oh sorry I'm spending time with my daughter today ..how about tomorrow are you free ? "

Personally, I wouldn't ask anything but some variation of "when are you free?" over text. If you ask some specific day and she's busy then it starts to become way too much boring texting and hard to tell if she interested. I would hope you're dating high quality women with lives and goals. They may be legitimately busy with things on a specific day. If they're interest they'll definitely be able to find a day to spend with you soon, but don't expect to be number one on their list right away.

If you want to schedule a specific day, call her and state why, such as hey "Friday is going to be a nice day, finally no rain, lets go have some fun outdoors". Odds are if she answered the phone in the first place, or called you back, that she is interested so if she is busy on that specific day just fall back and ask what evenings she has free.

The thing is I've been with her a lots of occasions with the little one, personally I think she has lost interest... She was very Keane at first always phoning me etc... That's gone. Might just have too next this one. Shame really she's hot as hell

When someone isn't respecting your time give them less of it or back off completely. Sounds like you guys have been dating long enough that she would be comfortable telling you she wants to see you if she felt that way. You should stop initiating contact for a while and if she contacts you let her ask you out since you've already made it known you want to see her.
