My brother has this,

"perfect low carb ISOPURE"
with 50 grams of 100% ion exchange whey protein isolate

is this a good whey protein source?
I saw on another thread that most of you said
Optimum nutrition was that one that you used.

Maybe i can start with this since its half empty
and then move on ?

i think that stuff is really really expensive

and although it says 50 grams of protein, you probably have to use 2 scoops

Optimum is the most cost effective (better deal). Although the Isopure is 100% Isolate which has the highest biological value, it is just really really expensive. I'd stick with optimum for value.

Iso is most efficient becuase it is the fastest absorbing... but if money is an issue then just get some cheaper stuff becuase it would still get the job done.

Do not be too easy. If you are too easy to get, she will not want you. If you are too easy to keep, she will lose interest in you. If you are too easy to control, she will not respect you.

Isolate has a higher biological value than WPC which means it can be more readily and efficiently used by the body.

Yeah, thanks guys. I know it's better, but why pay twice as much? Everyone talks about their isolate, but it's twice as expensive! WHY? It can't be worth it.

It's not worth it. You will notice no performance benefits. If you have stomach problems, it might be easier for you to digest. Otherwise, you're throwing your money away.

Isopure is excellent quality...but yes, it's expensive.

As Soshyopathe said, it's cheaper to buy concentrate and just use more. I suggest www.proteincustomizer.com for your protein needs. And no, I'm not affiliated with them, just one of their many satisfied customers.
