For a workout drink and post-workout drink, is there any advantage to taking glucose instead of dextrose? The reason I ask is I'm going to be taking glucose in my workout drink and I'll be taking dextrose in my preworkout drink. They have the same GI rating, but dextrose is a lot easier to mix and tastes better. I was just curious if one is better than the other? Thanks in advance.
