is the dj bootcamp right?

hello.
im from argentina, i've been visiting sosuave for some years now.
i could tell my story but im not sure if it would help. just let me say that i had some seriuos psiquiatric problems a year ago, so i had to go to a psiquiatric, get medications for psicotic stuff in my head, and i've been going to a psicologue/terapist for more than a year now.
one of my problems is that for various reasons womans besides my mom, granmom and sisters dont exist in my life.
i'm 24 and had my fisrt french kiss a month ago in a party, it was really good. the sosuave reading with a lot of others things inspired me to get to that i think.
i donwloaded the dj bootcamp some time ago and i was reading it yesterday.
in the first excercises you have to go to the streets and say HI! to a lot of people, then have a little chat and the the same but with beautiful womans.
i was thinking that maybe this is not a good activity so i decided to write this thread, i mean, anyone saw that movie "patch adams", i love it, but you have to be really crazy to end up doing things like that, and i live in a small town, i dont want people to think im crazy o something.

Es mas fácil de lo que piensas, no se que tan pequeño sea el pueblo en el que vivas, pero te aconsejo que intentes, un paso a la vez. Primero, lo de mantener contacto visual, sonreir, y luego decir ''Hola''. Intentalo, y poco a poco todo te va a hacer mas y mas sentido.
