i found out that cold approaches hardly work on college campuses, but still, does eye contact while walking by mean ok-go? i have no fear of approaching at all, just fear of losing social status by cold approaching too often. does anyone here had success with direct, cold approaches on college campuses? so far, i'm 0/4.

From my experience, college chicks enjoy sh1t testing guys - they love the power they have over men. If I look over and they're blatantly staring - basically begging for me to prove that I'm worthy - then I call their bluff.

or say something like "I like ur hair/scarf", "Is that a blackberry?" that was a good one, cuz im actually interested in buying one and needed ppls opinions on which version to get so it was a win/win
depends on the situation though. if they're just looking at you, just look back at them and smile, as if ur happy to notice they were staring at you. if they wer really looking at you, they have to smile back it's like this natural reflex and works almost all the time. then just playfuly be like "hello....." sometimes they weren't really looking at you, then just brush it off, ain't no thang. don't worry about social status, or getting rejected. only losers who are afraid of doing it would laugh at you. a real man would respect you for your efforts.

regardless of whether or not she's giving you eye contact or whether she's walking or not...if you want to approach her just do it. Fvck all the signals. I've pulled successful approaches on girls who look mean and grumpy. It's chaos theory dude. non of it matters. its all a numbers game. just keep trying
forget the whole "cold approach" crap - you see a girl that you think it cute in your college campus thats giving you some eye contact, a simple - "hey whats.. i've seen you around a few times, i dont think we met, im Mike"
