Is it ok to trash her boyfriend/husband?

My friend is probably heading towards divorce (cheating first, likely). Her husband is a douche. I don't think I'm interested in a proper relationship because, for one thing, I don't like that she denigrates her man to another guy, but I am interested in sex.

She asks my opinion. Should I be honest or let her arrive at the inevitable conclusion on her own?
