Is it "entitlement culture" for a man to expect to get his sexual needs fulfilled?

I was reading this article about the notorious Elliot Rodger, and it got me interested:

... we live in an entitlement culture where guys think they need to be having sex with girls in order to be happy and fulfilled. That in a culture that constantly celebrates the narrative of guys trying hard, overcoming challenges, concocting clever ruses and automatically getting a woman thrown at them as a prize as a result, there will always be some guy who crosses the line into committing a violent crime to get what he “deserves,” or get vengeance for being denied it.
What did Elliot Rodger need? He didn’t need to get laid. None of us nerdy frustrated guys need to get laid. When I was an ******* with rants full of self-pity and entitlement, getting laid would not have helped me.

He needed to grow up.

We all do.
My opinion: The author seems to think that a man that is destined to be incel should just meekly accept it; it's a good thing that our agnatic ancestors didn't have this attitude ...

Yes, if you don't try to understand what women want and how to give it to them, yet still expect them to f@rk you, that is entitlement.

However, the whole "none of us need to get laid" attitude is quite defeatist. That only works if you are asexual or have a very low sex drive.

To "Expect it"? No guy should ever "expect it". That has the connotation that they sit around, put no work into it and expect a handout like they are on welfare. If that is what they are doing they shouldn't expect jack sh!t.

You Get Out of it what you put into it, bottom line. Guys who go on a lot of dates and actively work on bettering themselves both with women, on dates, in the gym and with themselves will have much higher success rates than those who don't. As it should be. Ambition gets you far in all aspects of life.

Just as much as women over 30 feel entitled to marriage.
