For the market in my American home town, I only signed up for free sites, and then only for a little while did I try contacting women. Of course, I got ZERO responses, but I found so few attractive women. that I didn't really contact that many to begin with. I do still get plenty of winks from the most amazingly fat mothers, who seem to think that shopping and "getting tats" is fulfilling.

I have had much better luck trolling the dating websites in Ukraine, although I think I would do better if I knew Russian better.

This reminds me of a girl I used to date. She was a bit of a height wh0re, and we went on a first date that wasn't a date, one thing led to another, ended up banging. Second "date", same story. The morning after, she kept looking at me funny when we walked to get some breakfast. I asked what the hell is up and she wanted to know how tall I was in cm. We're about the same height I think, around 5'7" or 171cm, but she didn't believe me so I noticed she kept trying to measure herself against me whenever she had the chance lol

Anyway about half of the girls I've dated would have never given me the chance online, as they would all be taller than me in heels (one was 6'-ish and loved to wear heels...)

My good female friend works for a big online dating site down here, and she keeps offering to do me a profile with her friend a pro photographer doing the pictures. I've turned her down every time as I know online dating for me is a waste of time. I've got two major strikes against me: short (for online dating that is) and Asian. In real life, I can overcome them with charms, but would be quickly filtered out online.

Unless you look like the M1 in that link in the OP, don't bother with online dating.

The key to pof is not only having your absolute best photos up, a brief funny and interesting profile and a great first email is taking EVERYTHING they tell you with a grain of salt but 'believing' their bs while knowing they are full of it but never letting on to it while quickly moving within three exchanges to a number close ( give me your number I'm not on here much) then setting up a meet only while spamming more and more to not care if one two or three flake. Then escalate on the meet. Fvck and chuck and NEVER GET INVOLVED WITH THEM AS A BOYFRIEND OR SEEM PISSED AT ANYTHING THEY DO. They are faking it. You fake it too. Believe it they are using online dating because they NEED to for good reason because they are a fvck up to people who know them in real life. I've noticed that very short girls (like 4'11") tend to hook up with very big men: Tall, maybe even overweight. My theory is that these girls want protection. If they come across a threatening situation, they're too tiny to defend themselves, so they need a big, strong boyfriend to do it for them. Or at least make them feel safe.

Probably handy to have a tall guy around to reach high shelves for them too.

I don't get it either, because I don't particularly like fvcking women under 5'3" as I am 6'2" It REALLY doesn't work that well for kissing her (crooked neck) while laying the pipe. I tell them that we'd never work out cause you're 5'2" or "too short for me" yet they insist on meeting while some take it as an insult and flame me as old and ugly for calling them too short. There are a bunch of women who have the height preference and even some of those will capitulate if they see your value-in person. I once dated a Hooter's model that did. Internet dating sucks for everybody. And the more popular it gets, the worse it becomes. Too many r*tard guys and mentally ill women are getting on. You'll get laid here and there, but you'll always pay a price as ALL the women are either beautiful and crazy or fat/ugly. I got friends who are really good looking and they get laid here and there, but mostly the girls are, of course, ugly or fat. I've managed to bang some hotties off of pof, match.com etc but there was always a stiff price to pay one way or another, and if there's one rule about online dating it's that the hot ones are always crazy.

If you lie about your height, I wouldn't go more than two inches at most otherwise you'll just be wasting your time going out on dates with shallow women who will not see you again because now they not only see you as short but also as a liar.

There is that. With a big, tall guy there probably is some suggestion that he has a large penis. That's something that isn't talked about much here as an attraction factor, because it's like looks, there isn't anything you can really do to change it.

I don't think penis size is a dealbreaker with most girls, but I've heard girls brag about their guys when they have the size.

I wouldn't call it stupidity. Most "fighting" sports like boxing, wrestling, etc. have weight classes. This is because, generally speaking, the bigger guys have the advantage, all other things being equal. Are the people who run these sports stupid?
