Did you get your levels tested and are they abnormally low and impossible to elevate without medication?

Get tested as AA says. Try dietary changes first that can help increase Test levels. If it's simply one body part then it isn't a Test issue. It's a training/recovery/technique issue.

Be VERY careful going this route because you will destroy your body's natural production as you stated. If you're under 40 then don't sacrifice your natural body processes because of a body image issue. Fix the root cause and don't simply cut corners.

I havent got tested...thats why im making a dr. Appt.
Zinc really worked. Obviously im not picking up mountains. But libido wise there was a difference.
I eat pretty healthy and boring. I mean, boiled chicken...baked chicken...steam veggies...fruits...no ice cream ever...etc. but i like eating like that. I feel clean inside.

The thing is i heard test also gives you the energy to get going.
Im not lazy but i lost a step.

You're rationalizing the desired outcome that you see as a quick fix. It isn't. I'm not saying that to be a **** but to have someone challenge you on your base assumptions as to what is going on and why you're suddenly asking these questions.

100% agree with Money & Muscle. Saying it's "not gear" is a very convenient rationalization. TRT and all the forms of gear are a HUGE problem in young males these days and more and more of them are taking ****tails of drugs earlier and earlier and ignoring the long-term effects.

Take a hard step back and try and be as unbiased as possible with yourself (easier said than done) about what is truly challenging you. Get tested as others said but realize ~100% of that is correctable via non-TRT methods.

Testosterone isn't worth it and no, it's not going to make your d.ick bigger if that's what you are suggesting. Def not how it works. Growth hormone will though.. how do i KNow? been around gym dudes my whole life who take all type of sht.. from steroids to peptides to sarms, insulin, thyroid medications, clenbuterol, DNP, etc. Some of the dudes I know are like walking biochemists. They know so much about the human body its nuts.

Yes it is.

Be careful with that statement, I was 32 when I went into TRT, my Total was 380 and my Free was at 8.

The effects goes away in 6-9 months? What are you saying? TRT is for life, and to have the best quality of life you can get when your levels are low, it is totally worth all the trouble.

We always have guys in the bodybuilding community who say "Gear is not worth it bro" but they've been juicing for years. Test is the only anabolic that is worth it and maybe Nandrolone, but definitely not Tren.
Idk I'm just a strong advocate that unless you have hypogonadism or some severe hormone issues theres no reason to take test if you're under like 40-50. I think people just look for shortcuts.. It seems like OP is looking for something to grow his little man down there.
I mean I've def got tested to see whether I should give myself a reason to get on Test and then run a cycle while at it, but came back with pretty moderate- high levels of free testosterone so it kinda saved me from taking the plunge. Then shortly after hearing about friends getting on dialysis and having kidney/liver issues.. from years of gear kinda made me say nooppe. THen a few years later, I think about 5-6 big names in the bodybuilding community passed all within a year or two.

Don't get me wrong though in my 40's im probably going to take the plunge and maybe get on TRT but probably not other sht.. maybe HGH if my joints get wonky and my endurance goes down but I dont see that happening till maybe my 60s. Absolutely have 0 health issues right now. The closest I've gotten to health issues was having some acidity but I also ate alot of Italian food thats heavy in like tomato sauces and cheese and all that. Had to cut down, that and tons of coffee.

Tren is person dependent. I ran 19-Nor (deca) for like 8 weeks and had to bail from mental sides, so I definitely won't be dabbling with tren. There are some people who do great on it, but it is SUPER person dependent.

Primo, Var, Mast, Eq, and DHB all seem to be reasonable as far as "worthwhile gear". But that is still extremely dependent on how much health you're willing to sacrifice for muscle that most people taking gear could have accrued naturally.
I'm at a point where additional muscle will require extreme measures and more gear, so I have decisions to make - but most people aren't built like me either. Not bragging; that's an objective statement.
I tried small microdoses of tren along with my TRT for a bit to see what would happen and literally almost went into kidney failure from my blood pressure going so high.

My body cannot handle steroids AT ALL outside basic TRT and that's with every support and supplement to try and reduce issues.

Yeah of course, but the problem is many people in their 20s ARE suffering from hypogonadism now.

Wait, are you saying you're natural right now???? hahahaha
I've heard this type of thing my whole life. The only thing that comes close to taking my natty card is I used clenbuterol for a few years to cut-- switched to ECA because clenbuterol does nothing to suppress appetite. Either way, keep lifting and do your thing. As annoying as it is to hear people say sht like this , I don't take offense. Its just annoying.

Idk man I would highly doubt that .. just based on the ddes i know at that age range form playing ball and cousins/family.. Dudes be raging full of testosterone its wild.

That's becoming less and less of the norm. Have you seen what the average 20 year old male looks like now?

I mean from my scope of things, I see alot of kids at that age range and younger who are taller/bigger than I am at 5'10.. I always feel like something in our food like hormones in our meat or something has done something to this new generation of kids.. You see kids who are like 18, holding 230 lbs like its nothing lol.

Not to mention the performance of the kids involved in sports these days.. It just doesn't see like the majority of kids that age range have hypogonadism, at least not to me.

Bro, it took me 1 minute to search the username "RazorRambo24" and find all your posts on Euroids. com, your physique requires sacrifice, but why are you scared? Alphas are not scared of what other people think about them.
That's actually hilarious but I don't know anything about that.. And the Euro in the name should tell you it has nothing to do with me. IM in the states. not Europe.

FYI, the average T level in 22 year old males is 452 now. Which is the same as it was in 67 year olds in the 1960s.

T levels have steadily been declining at a near constant 1% rate year over year since the 1980s.

That weight they are holding is fat.

IMO it's not going far enough.

Every male should be getting their levels checked starting at 18 these days.

Low Testosterone is an epidemic, one that nobody wants to talk about and just sweep it under the rug like it doesn't exist.

LOL come on bro, buying gear from Europe you know is way cheaper, don't play that card with me and besides what are the odds of having the same name with the same number, "RazorRambo24" But sure man, whatever you say.
I got this name off a name generator too.. Nothing about Rambo or Razor is a personal thing to me. Now if it said something like ChicagoPlaya or some sht and had my same picture maybe you woulda had a case lol. I looked it up though for sh.ts and giggles and .. Its eroids not euroroids but, regardless.. the guy is 38 and says he weighs 212 lbs. I never even hit 200 lbs in life. has some pic of an 80s bodybuilder up. Kinda funny but yeah not me.

Im on bodybuilding forums though. different name, 2010 /2011 join date. Still wont find anything even remotely related to gear usage if I gave you my username lol. you'd see my old ass profile pic, same one i used on here previously but thats about it.

Yeah, but you take the risk of getting one of those nice letters from US Customs...most places will reship free one time tho...

Yeah but you just ignore the letter, it looks like you have some experience huh Back....
Man that site you found is crazy lmao.. I'm browsing through it and its literally like openly advertising steroid websites, with reviews, discussions, etc.. Wild. Probably full of scam sites though.

edit: all these sites were made this year I think.. 2023/no website data if you use any plugin to check statistics..

eroids has been around far longer than a year lol. yes, they are full of scams.
I meant some of the websites that they are advertising at the top. Its just wild if any of this sht is legit lol.. Openly selling steroids through the net. Then again, you see crystal meth being advertised throguh Alibaba on Instagram and Facebook so I guess its not that crazy.
