My finances are in good standing.
I would consider myself better than average looking.
Working out has been a lifestyle change for almost 4 years now. I do not work for or advertise for beachbody but I subscribe to their fitness products and if you follow them to the letter, you will see significant change. I started with P90X. Completed the 90 days and holy sheet. It can be done. Then I moved on to P90X3. Did 180 days. Then I moved on to bodybeast. Dynamic set training with all the super sets and giant sets is a great build for the foundation. Phase 2 is more reps. Phase 3 is slow motion reps. Slow motion is also found in the latter phases of P90X. I also have done 30 days of Hammer and Chisel. Leg training is intense but what I found most valuable was the isometric holds. You could incorporate the slow motion sets with isometric holds and call that simply "Final Phase", and then start over from the beginning to negate a plateau.
Nutrition has been mostly on point for about a year and it is very easy, very good, and cheap but takes effort to dial it in.
Everyday is 30 mins and who doesn't have time for that? Permanent heart and lung structures are built from P90X. X3 and BB are both mostly 30 min routines.
After 4 years and at 36 and a dad I do cheat and I'm not where I want to be but I do receive compliments and attract the hotter ones. I look great when I first wake up and after a workout, otherwise my shoulders and back are my defining points as that seems to be where my body likes to lay muscle. Chest has been a main focus for me since the beginning and it just won't build like I want it to. I think it's a gene thing.
Every morning tho for the most part. I'm not cut but I can take off my shirt at the pool and I would honestly judge your fitness level on the comfortability of having your shirt off because that is what the women are going to be feeling/seeing.
Social status has been my hang up lately in my own mind and hypergamy. I'm a mechanic divorced with 3 kids 50/50. I make just over 100k per year but I'm still a mechanic. And I can butter it up too - Senior Master Technician with Ford, 18 years, Lead Tech - still a mechanic. Also own my own shop and have for years but...still a mechanic. So, a banker/lawyer/a lot of things, won't see me as potential LTR but will fuk me for the alpha in me and run back to bf or whoever.
Which is great and fun but LTR means essentially going below my social status, imo, i.e. Cashier, bartender, maybe a nurse (LPN/CNA).
