Is there anythign else that burns fat???
www.ddrfreak.com :-D (seriously, I played this sucker so much for the first 6 months that I got it that I lost abuot 30 pounds in that 6 months, no dieting at all. Not sure how much muscle I lost but probably not much at all because I got a bit stronger over that period on a rather disorganized weightlifting scheme. I usually did half an hour to an hour a day for 5 to 7 days a week on this)
Try the circle of pain drill with barbells, dumbbells or kettlebells. Get one of your more masochistic friends, have one dumbbell/barbell/kettlebell set up, and and whoever is at the 'bell does 10 reps of a chosen exercise (squat pull, clean, power clean, hang clean, squat, bench, clean pull, snatch, push press, jerk, push jerk, whatever)and the other guy will be running in place. There is no stopping; the running in place is your rest break!! Do this for about 20 minutes and see if it doesn't wear you out. See how many reps you can get in too; you'll probably end up totalling 400-500 reps before all is said and done.
