What about when you are too intoxicated to make any decisions, and you go home with a fat, ugly beast and she takes advantage of you? This happens all the time. When it happens to a woman, charges are often pressed and arrests are made with rape allegations. I'm sure a man could never do this though. It just goes to show the double standard we have in modern day society.

Rape is when someone forces you to have sex against you will. It's irrelevant whether you like it or not.

Okay, Juan_man, just think about the situation where you are in prison and a man rams his penis into your arse and ****s you. Do you not think that is rape?

In the case of women raping a man it is much rarer but there are cases of it happening and just because the man gets an erection does not mean that it is consentual sex. In the past it has been argued during women's rape cases that as the woman had an orgasm it must have been consentual, but again that is not always the case. An orgasm, like a male's ejaculation, is a physical response to stimulation. A man can be stimulated to orgasm without his permission and so can a woman.

So, yes, men can be raped and not all sex is enjoyable for a man or a woman. Only inexperienced men can think otherwise.

He apparently tried to press charges against the women, but it didn't even make it to court because the photos showed that he was erect and it would be difficult to prove he was not consenting.

I don't see why him having an erection should make any difference. I've heard that when women are raped, they still get physically stimulated. I thought this was supposedly one of the terrible aspects of rape - that this gets taken from them, that their body responds against their will.

What I don't understand is why a woman can cry rape if she is drunk, but a man can't. Both their judgements are clouded, they both willingly drank the alcohol, why is only the man responsible for his actions? This is one of my biggest pet peeves, it's total BS.
