I don't think it's necessary to count caleries to lose weight, but this article only tells half the story. He didn't lose weight because he could eat whatever he wanted. He lost weight because he started exercising and ate less. Instead of focusing on that, it focuses on a lot of bullsh1t like how other diets are "too hard." It fools the reader into thinking a fallacy that you can live on unhealthy food and still live a healthy life - just because he weighs less does NOT mean he's in better shape. The article shows no actual data, and it's all based on the anecdote of two men.

I do not recommend this diet.

that is simply rediculis and stupid..
crap is crap and if you eat it, it's unhealthy no matter what.

nachos is nachos and a 32os. big gulp and thats just that.
if i wanted to eat it, i make no excuses and i don't feel
guilty about it and i sure as hell don't lie to myself that
it's okay if i do 120 minutes of cardio to work it off.

dude, it's just food. you know whats bad for you,
if you wanna eat $hit then get ready to deal with the
conseqeunces of it.

i instinctiually eat. but it's meats and what kinds of
fruits and veges i should eat and when.
NOT junk food but that's only because i choose to
and not because of some diet to follow.

anyone that knows the fundimentals of basic nutrition
can figure out a how to eat healthy just for them
and their body type.
