I'll say what I've always said to new members -

There's a plethora of great information you can find on this site- read it, but most importantly USE IT! Don't be a wanderer who sticks on these boards for years without making progress.

Go out, use it, and if you're successful enough, come back and help others out if you feel the itch to.
