today at work by the way i work at macy's something different happened to me. For awhile i have decided to just forget about women and to just think about one thing in my life and that is me doing what i wanted to make me a better person anyway while at work a new girl just came in and all i did was say hi to her and she seemed to really like my company and talked to me for awhile. It seems to that if you just forget about women and trying to get with them then they will be more interested in you.

All you are doing by trying to "forget" about women is deafeating yourself..by saying "I give up! I dont want to spend any more mental energy as to why Im not hooking up! and hopefully by doing this, I will hook up!"

surely it can soothe your mind "hey! Im not even trying! so the reason Im not hooking up is because im not trying!" (self fulfilling prophecy)

You need to make whatever you enjoy doing your #1 Priority! then put women as #2 or #3..that way women sense that they arent the #1 idea in your head..and thats what causes attraction

I agree with this too, this is my general approach all the time. The thing is, it's not even an act, that's just the way I am. Girls seem to be intrigued by this, and especially girls who are used to being hit on, and I have had girls try to hit on me because they probably are confused as to why I'm not hitting on them. I guess it's what they call the challenge thing. I think I've been particularly successful with it because essentially, I've been doing it without even knowing it.

I think it's too easy to see through a guy who has ulterior motives. I think it's all in the eyes; I have a very innocent look about me, sort of like I don't know what I'm doing, so I'm not seen as a player or anything like that which can be a big turnoff.

Like Starman said, people lose focus by thinking this stuff up all the time. Let's be rational:

1. Your state of mind or desire has nothing to do with when HB9 enters your life. But, a careless state of mind WILL reduce your chances of asking her number.

2. Men use this "security blanket" way of thinking to convince themselves, "Hey, I don't need to try. I will be successful, effortlessly. Effortlessly...(drools)"

3. Reliance on this method puts the man in the position that if nothing happens, well, that was to be expected, BUT if something happens, he will be pleasantly surprised and make a post about it on sosuave.com.
