Basically your brain can't tell the difference between an imagined scenario and a real one.

Imagine a scenario that really intimidates you. Walk up2 it and do whatever. U feel anxiety right? Do detailed.

Now try this : imagine a guy who's insanely confident. The most confident guy. Imagine him for a few minutes. How he's just superior in confidence to everyone else. Now switch the frame to it being u that is this guy. Do u feel that confidence? Now focus on the confidence.

Tell yourself how your safe and chill.

Ok. So now do a scenario thats not too intimidating. And do this confidence trick again and then rerun the scenario. Now do it again and again.

Also tell yourself the whole time your rerunning the scenario how your confidence is increasing and how u respect and feel better about yourself constantly as you visualize the scenario moving forward.

This made me way more confident. Try it out. U can influence your confidence like this.

Also after u do this Imagine how confident u will b in 5 years. Now focus on that confidence that springs forward.
