No problem. I'm glad it helped. I took a deload week from the gym last week to work out my mobility at home. Previously I would experience extreme pain in both of my rotator cuffs after doing a set of pendlay rows. I started going to the gym again this Monday and so far no shoulder pain. Tomorrow is the day I do pendlay rows so I'll let you know if I experience any pain or not.
Hey thanks SeymourCake. I've been having problems with my right shoulder for weeks now, but I was too much of a lazy **** to care and look how to solve it. lol
