Deadlifts, T-Bars, Pull-ups.

I'm not sure if you mean back thickness or what. But you're probably going to want to blast your lats with lat pulldowns/pull ups.

Lol.... I guess I've been touting that a bit too much lately huh.

It's just, you get psyched up when you start making gains again... I'm talkin like 5- 10 lbs a week for several weeks in a row. You're just stoked on it, brah.

;)

I know what you mean, I've been adding on average of 7lbs on to to almost everything recently by brushing up my diet, going truely intense and training balls to the wall. Although I think I might need that rest week a bit sooner than it was scheduled ;)

It depends on what you're looking to do. For overall back size just keep doing lots of heavy deadlifting.

for upperback thickness and fullness, do lots of rowing. rowing for the back is like benching for the chest, it builds the muscle with lots of thickness.

to widen the lats do wide grip pull ups, these stretch the lats and make them get wide.

hope this helps

That builds the lower back and middle back, but dont forget solid rear delts and solid traps. Just an after-thought.

Shrugs+bent over laterals to help with this.

I'm going to have to call bullsh!t on both of you. I don't see how it's possible to gain that much weight in a week. I would like to see your diets.
