You might want to check your spelling... its kind of a funny question if you take it literally.

For the life of me, I don't know why people keep asking how they can increase their waist size. If you really want to, just eat more. Your ab and oblique areas are hard to train for hypertrophy, hence why how visible they are, are determined by bodyfat levels. And yes, I could've made a joke about increasing "waste" size but I won't go there ;)

i mean "increasing waist size." excuse my spelling.

I'm one of those who never gains weight, no matter how much or what i eat.

Advantage is i can eat anything. Dis advantage is i'm skinny. i worked arms with dumbell and they look better. i did neck i increase neck size a little. I'm happier. Now i want bigger waist. i'm a 28" waist. I'm 5'4 and i don't want to look too skinny.

Right now my wrist is also skinny and bony. If there's any exercise to increase my wrist size, i'll be jumping to doing it. Of course i'll be jumping to eating any that makes my waist bigger.

so you are only working out your arms and neck sometimes? man if you want to gain weight you need to work out more body parts.

You don't really want to increase your waist size.

First off, you can have an extremely strong core, and still have it be 30inches. Do weighted ab exercises. Do oblique exercises. Do deadlifts for your lower back. I am pretty certain that doing all that, won't take you to a 31, 32, or even 33 inch waist unless you pack on some serious fat.

Advantages to having a smaller waist:
Easier to maintain that V taper
Girls aren't too fond of huge waists
Everything else looks bigger.
Easier to dodge projectiles...

Advantages of having a big waist:
You'll have a big waist?

Let's go with the negatives

DISadvantadges of having a small waist:
You may need to wear a belt.

DISadvantages of having a bigger waist:
You'll look thicker. In clothes, you'll appear to be 'fatter', even if you are muscular.
The bigger your waist, the harder it will be to find fitting pants.
Harder to acheive that V taper
Possibility of decrease core ROM
Bigger belts.
Everything looks smaller. (Chest, Head, Neck, Your D*ck.)

Which would you rather have?

Men frequently err by talking too much. They often monopolize conversations, droning on and on about topics that bore women to tears. They think they're impressing the women when, in reality, they're depressing the women.
