Ok so ive been working out since i was 15 years old..but on and off. So lately i got all of my strength back and some. My goal is to be able to rep 225 10 times by the middle of May. Currently i can rep it about 5 times. Is it feasable? My last chest workout was this:

1st set 225x5
2nd set 205x8
3rd set 210x5 with the 6th rep with the help of a spotter

I obviously did the 1st set to gauge currently how strong I am.

How should i go about this goal? I already know to workout out heavy (b/t 6-8 reps) but any other pointers u big guys want to give me?

2nd exercise was Incline Bench press

1st set 155x10
2nd set 160x8
3rd set 165x6

3rd exercise was Dips 12, 10, 10

Critique?

225x5 to 225x10 is approximately a 50 lb 1RM increase. ~250 to 300.

It is not going to happen in 5 months on the bench.

might already be able to do it after fixing your form http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vUcjOIZc80c

Also improve your training routine (look into westside barbell) and improve your diet. Your only looking for 5 more reps, you should def be able to crush that goal with a 5month time frame.

Personally I think it's very attainable... it'll take hard work, but I really don't see why you wouldn't be able to do it. You'd need to add a rep every month, that really doesn't seem too much of an ask...

That is totally feasible.

First, learn HOW to bench. 99% of fitness center benchers I see do the "football bench"--feet dancing all over, flat back, flared elbows, and no tightness.

Second, if you want to bench more, gain more weight.

Do all of your benching starting from the bottom (pins in the power rack).

Work on benching more WEIGHT, not more reps with the same weight. The reps will come.

I recommend the 5/3/1 program.

Do not be too easy. If you are too easy to get, she will not want you. If you are too easy to keep, she will lose interest in you. If you are too easy to control, she will not respect you.
