Unlikely. They're super high maintenance and the ticket cost before they were decommissioned was exorbitant to say the least. Couple that with the cost of jet fuel for a small future market and the writing is pretty much on the wall.
In the future it's certainly possible another type of supersonic jet may be used for commercial use but I imagine that's quite some ways down the line.

It was quite an amazing plane for its time, but I doubt it will ever return.
There are however several new projects underway to allow supersonic civilian travel, some of which are closer to launch than people think. A lot of the projects are working on private business jets though, not public airliners.

As you can see, they already have a private super sonic jet operational.
Its just a matter of time where commercial airliners will have a similar design as these new jets.

That was ONE UGLY PLANE. At least the Concorde was aesthetically beautiful and as graceful as a swan gliding.EA Gold said:
OP- Supersonic commercial flight is off the table for the foreseeable future. I think the A380 is where things are going. Trying to pack as many people into one tin can as possible.
