I causaly curl weights, doing 25lbs now, trying my best to bulk.
Anyway, this bit*h pissed me off so bad I lifted like a motherf*cking beast like my life depended on it and my arms became beefed out like crazy from one day.
My question
After a rough workout, under the 25lbs i currently lift, would it be a smart idea to take the day off?
Or get this b!tch to piss me off again and lift like hell. I'm a little sore btw, but ive been through worse soreness.
Im 16 if that makes a difference.
