Hey, im new to this forum, ive been reading loads of threads and ive read ALL of the bible.Im still a really shy person so wot can i do to become less shy? apart from becoming drunk or smoking weed.

go to a party and talk to girls.

the best way to face a problem like that is to take it head on.

talk to random girls in class, or even better- random girls outside of class (do a cold approach)

Yes, its easier if you start on people who you dont think are super fit. The aim is to get comfortable speaking to strangers, just talk about random crap. Who they are, what they are doing, where they are going or even the weather.

I swear i just did that. Do you not know what a cold approach is, i doubt uv read much of the Bible as it helps get over shyness.

Basically a cold approach is where you go up to some random person you have never seen before (or rarely) and never spoken to. Then you start speaking to them, you can get shut down, but if you say something nice (not a compliment) just friendly, then they will most likely speak to you. Its aim is to get u used to just going up to people and speaking.

I wouldn't attemp a cold approach straight away. You have to realise that having a GIRL wont make your life complete. Passions will, go to the gym, get a hobby. After this, the women will come.

theres an easy way 2 prove if he is or isnt, just have a mod check the ip's of the 2 users. they should both be logged.
