I'm not hungry?? what's happening??

okay so i woke up and started moving around at about 9:20am today went to the gym then came back home it's now 1:48pm and between that time i've only drunk water and like 2 1/2 cups of orange juice..

This is not the 1st time i can usually go about 6 hours after eating being totally normal..some people who are large see this as a blessing but i thinks it's slowing down my metabolism but i don't know i checked and i've lost a lbs scince yesterday and i've already knocked out about 9 lbs of water weight so will this effect me? if everything i eat will it not burn and just store as fat scince i don't eat alot??

Early attempts to decipher that post gave me a headache, I had to eat something to regain my senses.

In any case, what I think you're trying to say is that you've got no appetite and are losing weight because of this. This is normal, since water/undigested food adds to your bodyweight. No food in your stomach means you'll be lighter.

The more often you eat the faster your metabolic rate is, yes, so eating infrequently means your metabolism is slowing down .. to the point of reaching 'starvation mode' when it's more likely to store food as fat because it thinks it's starving (we can think our ancestors for this).

(Starvation mode is associated with c*tting and other crash diets; there are no hunger pangs even though your body isn't consuming enough food to survive optimally, possibly leading to metabolic shutdown. This could be what you're experiencing.)

I don't know if you're trying to lose fat or build up or whatever, but what you're doing isn't healthy. No matter what actual physiological effect it has, it won't be a good one.

Stop overthinking this and eat something.

*at this point, Alex pales and breaks out into a cold sweat at the notion of no food for six hours and flees to the meat freezer*

dude you must be nuts. If i go more then 2-3 hrs without food i literally go crazy and start breaking sh1t.

The whole of last year i was only eating 1 meal a day.. now i'm at a healty 7 meals.. come to think of it i was probably anorexic.

all day i've eaten

mourning: 2 slices of bacon 2 eggs and 2 panckakes

worked out

lunch: a small apple and 2 KFC Drumsticks (chicken)

dinner: a chicken with gravy sandwich


I mean seriously i work out almost all day because i go and workout and then i go to work for like 6 hours and i walk around alot and occasionally i will sweat...

I've always been like this and my body is large because i know that all the food just stores but at this rate scince i started working out i will probably start losing a Sh*t load of weight. it sounds unhealthy but for my body it feels like nothings wrong..I seriously have always been like this my brother eats more than me and eats always and he's skinnier than ****..he has a chest that sticks out and you would swear he works out everyday all day...

Every scince i started working out the weight has been flying off so i guess it's okay right?? if not then could someone give me some pointers on speeding up my metabo?

Dude. You need to get your diet under control.

That's the worst food selection EVER!

bacon + eggs + pancakes = carb + fat overload.

KFC drumsticks??? carb + fat

chicken + gravy on bread??? carb + fat again....

bad bad bad food choices..... don't put carbs and fat together. and definitely don't eat those kind of meals consistently if you want your body to go anywhere.

Thanx alot man i checked my weight today and it's slowly going down it's been the same for like 10 days and it should be going down i want to decrease my weight loss so that i'm losing it at an efficient rate does anyone know some incredible meal plans morning noon and night for a maximum weight loss?
