check if she paints her nails and if she does, grab her hands and talk to her about them... it's very cool, in my experience they get happy very instantly.. and you can say stuff about the colors or the way she painted them... like... not very well =P it's a very fun situation, and you are touching her hands and making her have a good time

and the best part is that you can make it like a game, and to always check her hands when you meet, "how are they this time? I told you to get them nice for me.. let me see"

it depends on the girl of course, but it's easy to know if she will accept your touching, and if you two get along well it's very likely to work... and it's a plus almost for sure

It is good advice in my opinion and it's something I've done many times too. Any chance to touch a woman is good, and as you said, it's a chance to see how she accepts you touching her.

but he does have a good point, even if we don't understand it, it is something that they value immensely so if we pay the slightest interest it will separate us from the rest of the pack who don't pick up on that kind of snit.

Personally painted fingernails are a huge turn off for me, I don't mind the toes though as long as it isn't some crazy ass color like black or green.
