I am definately going on a week cutting diet. I finally decided that now is the time to change myself. I set my goal to be ripped by next summer so I will look good at the beach. A friend who does body building competitions is writing me up a nutritional plan.

But anyways, just looking for some tips and tricks you guys might know.
