now shes a senior in high school, and i'm a junior in college and i saw her again and this time we almost had sex until i realized i would get in big trouble if anyone found out cuz shes still 17 for another month and i'm 19



so i set up another date a week ago after the very successful date at my house and when i called her to check up she said she forgot that she had homecoming and said next friday

Ok You guys are making all these statement's without facts. The age of consent in California is 18. And some states do have an age of consent of 14(there are no 12's) but you have to be within five years of there age. An example of a state like this is Iowa. So there

I've also heard of this "can be 16 if you're within 5 years" thing before. Here in SC I've heard its 14 (sorry, but I don't care enough to research it. that's the type of info I don't need in my head)

ok mole i will answer this self explanitary question for you. The age gap of 2 years between you is respetable, she is not too young for you.

Im not shore what this whole thing about homecomming was, do you mean she flaked on you, well it was for homecoming so that is acceptable, although she has obviosly got osme 1 else otherwise she would have asked you to come with her.

If you like her do not next her unless you start to see obvious signes of low intrest such as constent flaking or what ever really.

by the way, the first time we met last week we already had sex
